Purdy's stand-in, Mac Jones, overcame a leg issue and arm and leg cramps, connecting on 33 out of 49 attempts for substantial yardage and a pair of scores
"Ultimately it was about which team would prove the most resilient squad, and I think it was us," Jones stated
